Outer retrices FIGURE 5. Rufous edging on the rects and length (24mm) are right for that cross.
   
Size, shape, and weight (2.8g) all point to a BCHUxCAHU hybrid. Those two species are also the only ones known to breed at that location. I banded females of both species with eggs.  I also banded a female at that location that is a possible BCHUxCAHU hybrid, but of course the differences are much more subtle. I took a feather sample of that bird for DNA analysis.
